Welcome to our newest Pilates studio! We are so excited to be sharing Powerhouse Pilates Classes with the Clairemont area. We are close to the University City, Kearny Mesa, Bay Ho, UTC, and Bay Park areas.
We offer fun, challenging and dynamic classes. No two classes are alike. After class you can grab a coffee at Starbucks, Barrio Donas or Tealightful. Or say hi to the birds next door at BirtSmart. We can’t wait to see you.

About
Bird Rock San Diego
Bird Rock is a small seaside neighborhood within the larger community of La Jolla in San Diego. It lies on the Pacific Ocean at the southernmost end of La Jolla, just north of Pacific Beach, and is a quirky but laid-back neighborhood known for beautiful ocean views, independent boutiques, and cozy cafes.
Fun fact: local tradition says the community was named after an offshore pelican perch at the end of Bird Rock Avenue!
You can easily stroll from one end of the area’s main hub, La Jolla Boulevard, to the other, making it the perfect destination to explore unique shops and restaurants. Bird Rock is also known for its abundance of fun recreational activities! Because it sits right on the coast, water sports are extremely popular; especially surfing, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
