We take great pride in our expert instructors. All of our instructors have completed a 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Certification, and partake in continuing education through many other workshops regularly. Each instructor brings their own uniqueness, dedication, and enthusiasm to class!

About
Bird Rock San Diego
Bay Park is a small community in San Diego that is located just East of the Mission Bay area. It overlooks picturesque Mission Bay and offers a bird’s eye view of both Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean from the high vistas of its hilltop. Bay Park is a charming little area and boasts all of the amenities of a bigger city – including great restaurants and essential shopping destinations – without the crowds.
The main hub of Bay Park lies along Morena Boulevard, where you’ll find a number of fantastic restaurants, cute boutiques, breweries, bars, and other hidden gems. There’s no shortage of outdoor and recreational activities here; take a stroll along Mission Bay, or hike through Tecolote Canyon Natural Park and Nature Center to see some wildlife. Nearby Sea World is a fun stop for families, and Old Town State Historic Park is a great place to check out some local San Diego history.
