Raise the Barre / Reformer

This Quad quaking and shaking, EXHILARATING class is a fast-paced, FUN, ENERGETIC, CHALLENGING, INTENSE class (did we say quad quaking…for real though!).
Be prepared to be challenged in every muscle of your beautiful body – and then some!
You will do high reps of a small range of motion movements (ballet inspired), which will include light handheld weights and other small props at the barre. You will also do Pilates exercises on the Reformer making it the perfect combination for a total body workout.
Your hips, butt, and thighs will be CHALLENGED to your deepest level. Don’t be afraid of the shake!
