You are suspended horizontally with spring resistance so it’s much easier on the joints, rather than with gravity.
The jump board is a padded plate that replaces the foot bar on the reformer and provides an excellent and non-weight bearing method to increase heart rate, work up a sweat and burn some serious calories!
You will get a TOTAL body workout while jumping and also increase spinal stability.
